What happens if my flight arrival is delayed?
Our shuttles are specific to your flight, it won’t leave without you! Our timetable is based on the scheduled arrival times and the usual time taken for passengers to collect their luggage and exit the terminal.
If there is a major delay, we will communicate with you via text to advise what arrangements will be put in place. We’ll endeavour to get you to your destination as soon as we can :)
Are you sure we’ll get to the airport in time?
Probably the question we are asked the most!
The airlines do us no favours advising passengers to be at the airport 2 hours before their flight. While this is indeed true in Sydney or Melbourne, Ballina is a tiny airport with few flights. It takes much less time to check-in luggage and pass through security. You can rest assured our shuttles times are set to so you arrive in plenty of time, without spending too much time waiting in departures. We want you to get as much holiday in as possible :)
Do you pick-up at our accommodation?
Yes we do! Not only that, if you have checked out of your accommodation we can pick you up at a cafe, pub or almost any other location.
A handy tip is to store your bags at the Visitor Information Centre and we can pick you up from there :)
